Productised.ai is an AI product builder for coaches, consultants, and experts. Our platform allows you to create, publish, and share AI-powered products with your audience. We are the data controller for information collected through our platform.

Account information — When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and business details necessary to create and manage your workspace.
Product and workspace data — We store the AI products you build on our platform, including prompts, form designs, workflow configurations, and output page content.
Response data — When your audience completes your AI products, we store their form responses, AI-generated outputs, and (if collected) their name and email address. You control what information is collected through your product.
Usage data — We collect standard server logs, page views, and analytics events to operate and improve the platform.
Payment information — Billing and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Claude MCP integration data — If you connect your Productised workspace to Claude via our MCP integration, conversation context (including your product data and lead responses) is processed through your Claude session. This is equivalent to you viewing that data yourself inside Claude. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how Anthropic handles conversation data.
We do not sell your personal information or your audience's response data to third parties.
AI-generated outputs are produced using third-party AI providers (including Anthropic's Claude). Your prompts and audience responses are sent to these providers to generate content. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, under data processing agreements with us.
We share data only as necessary to operate the platform:

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You can submit a data request through our Privacy Portal or by emailing hello@productised.ai.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Response data collected through your products is retained until you delete it or close your account. Full retention schedules are in our Privacy Portal.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the platform. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
