Connect your CRM
Yes — Productised feeds the CRM you already use. Four ways to get qualified leads out of Productised and into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or anything else.
Short answer: yes. Productised isn't a CRM and doesn't try to be — it's the capture-and-qualification front end that feeds the CRM you already run. Every completed product produces a lead with all their answers, the AI result, and a score; from there you push it wherever your pipeline lives.
There's no lock-in and no "native-only" list to check against. Because everything routes through a webhook or Zapier/Make, Productised reaches essentially any CRM on the market.
Pick your path
Real-time webhook
The moment someone completes a product, Productised POSTs the lead to a URL you choose — your CRM's inbound webhook, or Zapier/Make. Best for "new lead → create the contact instantly."
Zapier / Make
No-code, 6,000+ apps — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Airtable, and more. Map fields once and let it run.
CSV / JSON export
Grab your leads on demand from the results view and import them yourself. Best for occasional, manual syncs.
Live MCP node (on the canvas)
Connect your CRM's MCP server to a product so the AI can read and write your CRM during the conversation — look up an existing contact, enrich, or write straight back.
Managing leads yourself, in Claude? You can add your CRM's own connector alongside the Productised connector in one Claude chat and have Claude move leads between them — no Zapier in the middle. See Use your CRM in Claude.
What flows out with each lead
Whichever path you choose, the payload carries the full lead — not just an email:
- Contact details — whatever the product collected (name, email, company, phone…)
- All answers — every field from the conversation
- The AI result — the generated report/output for that person
- Score & tags — the qualification the AI assigned, so your CRM can route or prioritise
- Timestamp & product — which product produced the lead, and when
This is the difference that matters: your CRM receives a qualified, scored lead with context, not a raw form dump. See Manage leads & responses and Token resolution for the exact shape.
Real-time vs manual
| Fires when | Best for | |
|---|---|---|
| Webhook | Instantly on completion | Speed-to-lead — get the contact into the CRM before they cool off |
| Zapier / Make | Instantly on completion | Same, plus no-code branching and multi-step routing |
| MCP node | During the conversation | Looking up or enriching against your CRM while the person is answering |
| CSV / JSON export | When you export | Occasional bulk moves, audits, one-off imports |
Outgoing webhooks are configured per product — see Webhook settings. If a webhook endpoint fails repeatedly, Productised disables it automatically and notifies you, so a broken CRM endpoint never silently drops leads.
