Setting up your Zap
Get your Zapier webhook URL
In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger. Select Catch Hook and copy the webhook URL provided.
Add the URL to your product
In Productised, go to your product's Settings → Webhook and paste the Zapier URL into the outgoing webhook field. Save.
Complete a test response
Go through your product as a test user and complete the conversation. Zapier will capture the payload so you can map the fields.
Map your fields
Back in Zapier, you'll see all the data fields from your product's response. Map them to the action app of your choice — your CRM contact fields, email list tags, spreadsheet columns, or anything else.
Turn on your Zap
Test the full flow, then activate your Zap. From now on, every completed response flows automatically.
