What's separate per client

Exactly what a workspace holds on its own, and the few things that stay shared across your account.

Switching workspace changes almost everything you see. This page is the precise list, so you know what you're changing when you set something.

Separate for every client

Each workspace holds its own:

What that means in practice
ProductsYour product list shows only this client's products. Building, cloning and deleting all happen inside the workspace you're in.
Result and landing pagesPages belong to their product, so they move with it.
Leads and responsesEvery submission stays with the product that collected it. One client's leads never appear in another's analytics.
Brand voiceWhat this client does, who they serve, their credentials, approved claims and claims to avoid. Every AI product in the workspace speaks in their voice.
Branding and design systemColours, fonts, logo and default product theme.
Custom variablesThe {{ custom:key }} tokens you reuse across pages — booking links, pricing, disclaimers.
Custom domainEach client's products can be served from their own domain.
BrainMemories, uploaded knowledge sources, saved product ideas, Journey Plans and weekly briefings. The advisor answers about the client you're in, in their voice.
Claude API keyOptional. See billing a client's AI to them.

Shared across your account

A few things belong to the account as a whole, on purpose:

  • Your subscription and plan limits. Product limits count across every workspace — you can't raise your allowance by spreading products between clients.
  • Your credit allowance. One pool for the account.
  • Your Brain allowance. The number of Brain conversations and Journey Plans your plan includes is per account, not per client.
  • Your login.
Your account key is inherited, not copied. Settings like your Claude API key are set once on the account and used by every workspace unless that workspace overrides them. Set it once, not once per client.

Creating a workspace for a new client

Open the workspace switcher in the sidebar and create one. It starts completely empty — no brand voice, no branding, no variables, no Brain.

That's the point. An empty workspace can't leak the previous client's positioning into the new client's pages. Fill in their Brand Voice first, then build.

Name workspaces after the client, not the project. You'll be reading this list in the switcher every day.

Switching between clients

Use the switcher in the sidebar. The page reloads into that client's workspace — their products, their settings, their Brain.

Two things to know:

  • Creating a workspace switches you into it. So the settings you fill in next belong to the new client, not the previous one.
  • Claude follows you. See Claude follows your workspace.

Deleting a workspace

Only an account owner or admin can delete a workspace, and you can't delete your only one.

Before anything is deleted you'll see exactly what would go — the number of products, pages, leads and Brain items — and you'll be asked to type the workspace's name to confirm. If the workspace has a custom domain, it stops serving those products.

Deleting a workspace is permanent, and it takes everything with it — the client's products, their result pages, every lead those products collected, their brand voice, variables and Brain. There is no undo. Export anything you need first.

What each client cost

Settings → Billing → Usage & cost shows what the AI in every workspace cost to run, month by month, side by side. It's the tokens each AI call used, priced at the model's published rate — so it's the real cost of running that client's products, whether it came out of your credits or was billed to a Claude key.

Download it as CSV to invoice clients.

Keeping leads for a set time

Settings → Advanced → Data retention lets you set how long leads collected in a workspace are kept — for example 365 days. Anything older is deleted automatically once a day. By default leads are kept indefinitely.

Useful when a client asks how long you hold their prospects' details. Individual leads can also be deleted from a product's results table — for instance when someone asks for their data to be removed.
