Workspace SettingsNotifications

Notifications

Stay on top of new leads — with the in-app notification centre and optional email alerts the moment someone completes a product.

Productised keeps you in the loop two ways: an in-app notification centre that's always in your top bar, and optional email lead alerts you can switch on per product. Nothing about either is visible to your respondents.

The notification centre (in-app)

The bell icon in the top navigation is your notification centre. Open it to see recent activity across your workspace — new leads, response milestones, low AI credits, API-key changes, and more. Unread items show a badge on the bell.

Manage what you get: open the bell, then the gear icon → Notification Preferences. Each notification type (for example, New Product Response and First Response Milestone) can be turned on or off individually.

The notification centre works out of the box — there's nothing to set up. It's the fastest way to glance at what's happened while you were away.

Email lead notifications

Want the new-lead hit to land in your inbox too? Turn on Lead Notifications for a product and Productised emails you every time someone completes it.

Turn it on

  1. Open the product → Settings → Deployment.
  2. Toggle Lead Notifications on.
  3. Save.

Off by default, and set per product. You opt in only for the products you actually want inbox pings for — a lead magnet you're actively watching, say, and not an evergreen one you check weekly. Everyone in the workspace who administers it receives the email.

What the email contains

Each email is a quick, scannable summary — not a data dump:

  • Name, email, and status of the person who completed the product
  • A link straight to that lead in your responses
  • The AI score and segment, when the product scores its leads — and a high-scoring lead is flagged as 🔥 hot, so the ones worth calling first jump out of your inbox

The full answers and AI result stay in the app, behind your login — the email is just the nudge to go look.

Good to know

  • It fires once per completed lead — not on every message as they fill it in.
  • It never affects the respondent's experience, and a delivery hiccup never blocks a lead from being captured.
  • To stop them, toggle Lead Notifications back off on that product (there's also a one-tap link at the bottom of every email).

Want leads to flow into your CRM or other tools as well? That's separate from these alerts — see Connect your CRM for webhooks, Zapier, and more.
