Collect only

Collect only is the simplest outcome: the product runs the conversation, saves the answers as a lead, and ends there — with no AI-generated result shown to the respondent. It's what you have when an AI Product node has no Outcome node attached.

When to use it

• Waitlists and applications — you want the submission, not a deliverable.
• Simple intake forms — collect details before a call or onboarding.
• A first step — launch fast to start capturing leads, then add a Standard, Advisor, or Page outcome later to give respondents something back.

How it works

1. Build your AI Product node with the questions you want to collect.
2. Leave it without an Outcome node (or choose Collect only when creating the product).
3. Publish. Every completed conversation is saved as a lead in Results — name, email, and every answer — ready for follow-up, export, or your CRM via Connections and Webhooks.
