Viewing results

How to view and explore individual user responses — what data is shown and how to find what you need.

The All Results tab shows every response record for your product in a filterable, sortable table. Click any row to open the full response detail and see exactly what that person collected, what the AI generated, and how the decision model evaluated them.

The results table

Each row in the All Results table represents one session. The table shows:

  • Status pill — the lifecycle state of the session: Completed, In Progress, Abandoned, or Lead (sessions where lead data was captured are additionally flagged)
  • Created date — when the session was started
  • Contact info — name and email, where collected
  • Decision label — the outcome of the decision model evaluation (e.g. "High fit", "Moderate readiness") if the decision model is active
  • Outcome flags — indicators showing whether the session generated a Report, Document, or Offer

Status states explained

Completed — the session reached the end of the experience. All collection goals were addressed and the outcome was generated.

In Progress — the session has been started but not yet completed. The user is still mid-experience or returned to it and has not finished.

Abandoned — the session went inactive for more than 24 hours before completion. The conversation started but was not finished.

Lead — shown as an additional badge on sessions where lead capture data (typically email) was collected, regardless of completion status. A session can be both Abandoned and a Lead if the user provided their email before dropping off.

Opening a response

Click any row to open the full response detail. The detail view shows:

  • User data — all collected field values from the conversation, including any lead capture fields (name, email, phone, company)
  • Extracted data — the structured data the AI extracted from the conversation answers
  • Conversation history — the full exchange between the user and the AI during collection
  • Decision result — if the decision model was active: the status (low/medium/high), the label, the confidence level, and the dimension breakdown if scored fields were used
  • AI output — the generated Report, Document, or Offer content from this session

Finding specific responses

Use the search and filter tools above the table to narrow down responses:

  • Filter by status to see only Completed sessions, only Leads, or only Abandoned sessions
  • Sort by date to find the most recent or oldest sessions
  • Search by name or email to find a specific person

What the decision result tells you

The decision result in a response is the output of the decision model for that specific session. It shows:

  • Status — low, medium, or high
  • Label — the human-readable label for that status (e.g. "High fit" or "Strong baseline")
  • Confidence — low, medium, or high, based on the number of scored dimensions available
  • Top strengths — the dimensions or areas where the person scored strongest
  • Top gaps — the dimensions or areas where the person scored lowest

For scorecard products, the response detail also shows the full dimension breakdown — each scored field's score and percentage — so you can understand exactly how the overall result was derived.
