General

The core identity of your product — name, description, and cover imagery.

General settings control the foundational details of your product: what it is called, how it is described, and the imagery used to represent it in your dashboard and anywhere it is shared.

Product Name

The name of your product as it appears in your dashboard and in the product header shown to users. Keep it clear and outcome-oriented — this is often the first thing a prospective client sees.

This field maps to the description field on the Product record. It is also used as the default SEO title and social sharing title if you do not override those in the Page SEO settings.

Description

A short description of what the product does and who it is for. Used internally in your dashboard and as the default meta description for SEO if not overridden.

This is not a marketing copy field — it is a factual summary. One or two sentences describing the experience the product provides.

Product pictures

Upload up to 3 product images. These appear in your product dashboard card and can be used when sharing the product.

  • Upload by clicking the upload area or dragging and dropping an image
  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, GIF up to 10MB
  • Once uploaded, mark one image as the Thumbnail — this is the primary image shown in the dashboard card and used as the default Open Graph image if no OG image is set in Page SEO
  • You can remove and replace images at any time

To change which image is the thumbnail, click Set as Thumbnail on the image you want to promote. The current thumbnail is marked with a label.

Product status and publishing

A product's visibility is controlled in the Deployment tab, not here. The General tab manages identity; Deployment manages reach. To publish your product or take it offline, go to Settings → Deployment → Publishing & Visibility.
