What are Outcomes?

An Outcome is what your end user receives at the end of a product — personalised, and built from what they told you.

An Outcome is the deliverable at the end of every AI product. Once the conversation is complete and the AI has what it needs, it produces the Outcome — something specific to that person, built from their answers.

This is what separates Productised from a lead form or a quiz: your end user doesn't get a generic results page, they get something that reflects their situation.

The four Outcome types

How Outcomes connect on the canvas

Each Outcome is a node you add from the canvas toolbar and connect below your AI Product node. Most products route through an AI Agent node first — it analyses the collected answers and produces the structured outputs (scores, tiers, insights) that the Outcome then presents. See Connecting Powers and Outcomes.

What makes an Outcome personalised

The AI has the full conversation in context when it produces the Outcome — every answer, every nuance. A Standard result for a founder who said they're pre-revenue reads differently from one for a founder with an established product. Not because you wrote two versions, but because the AI understood the difference.

Your AI Agent assigns each user a named tier (e.g. "Growth-Ready", "Not Yet Ready") as it scores them. Give the agent guidance on how each tier's result should differ, and the Outcome adapts its content and CTA to that tier — no manual routing rules needed.
